by A's permission and at A's own terms.
This deals with traffic of B that can be
dealt with en route, and at the terminal with the existing
facility that A has created, or would create for its own
traffic, but if B's traffic is such that A cannot deal with it
at the terminus with its existing or intended appliances and
facilities, B must pay A an additional amount to the 80 or 85%
for these extra facilities; such extra charges are generally
represented by a terminal on the traffic which is limited to
the freights on 3 miles, or what is better B should either
create its own terminal facilities or if it cannot do that,
participate in the capital expenditure necessary for the extra
terminal facilities, and ask that the management of them be a
joint matter. I attach a proposed running power agreement on
these lines that may be useful.!
